Steinway & Sons Vietnam Community
From 2020 to 2021, I served as coordinator for the Steinway & Sons Vietnam Community — a platform I helped build to bring together young classical musicians in Hanoi. We organized monthly concerts featuring student performers, offering them a supportive space to share music and grow artistically.
The community quickly grew, with over 70 audience members attending each event, creating a vibrant and encouraging environment for emerging talent.

Highlights
The idea was simple: create a consistent space where young classical musicians could perform, connect, and learn from one another. I saw that while many students practiced privately, few had regular opportunities to share their music publicly. Through monthly concerts, we built something more than just a performance schedule — we built a community. Performers gained confidence, audiences grew, and the energy was contagious.
Leading this initiative showed me the importance of audience-building and peer collaboration in classical music. It was also one of the first times I saw music not just as personal expression, but as something that can nurture collective growth.
